Hi! I am Paarul. Thanks for stopping @paarulzkitchen!
I am a food enthusiast and passionate about cooking delicious Indian food as a part of everyday busy life. It gives me immense joy in making a great meal for my family. I try to cook things that are practical, interesting and delicious. One of my favorite things in life are cakes, spending quality time with people I love, outing and learning how to be better at things that really matter like living simply and appreciating people.
My greatest inspiration in cooking is my grandmother. I have grown seeing her cook. Her simple yet enticing food with the blend of fresh herbs and spices, was always a hit in our family gatherings.
For me, it all began one fine day while looking for some recipe, I came across a food blog and found it pretty cool and there comes a thought (blink, blink!!) It made me start clicking and sharing recipes online. So Paarul’z Kitchen is my personal blog. It is just like – From my kitchen to yours…. It’s all about sharing recipes, techniques and tips that work for everyday cooking.
The recipes here are the one I have learned from family, friends and few from my favorite cookbooks and websites, so they are mostly authentic, few modified, tried and tested in my kitchen (Here the due credit goes to my all time kitchen partner Amma).
I owe all the credit to my parents, my husband who is my full time support in my every endeavor.(This blog was something that happened overnight, Thanks to him!)and to the most wonderful people in my life (Maa and Papa) without whom I wouldn’t have been in the place where I am now. And yes not to forget my lill sis who always checked in with me, what I am cooking!
I hope you would enjoy reading through my page, my adventures in cooking. I invite you to try the recipes and if you would like do leave your feedback and comments.
Thank you so much for visiting Paarul’z Kitchen!!
