This dish can be had as an appetizer or after your main course, as it is good for digestion.
Preparing time- 10 mins
Cooking time- 10 mins Serve – 8- 10 glasses
1 raw mango
2 to 3 green chillies, and 1 red chilli (byadige)
Curry leaves / Salt
8 to 10 crushed garlic cloves, optional
- Pressure cook the mango. Remove the skin, deseed and grind into a smooth paste.
- Add water and salt. Consistency to be similar to buttermilk.
- Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, red and green chillies, curry leaves and hing. You can also replace hing and mustard with garlic in the tadka.
- Add this to the mango mixture.
